Bergamot Martini

Bergamot and Douglas Fir Vodka combine in this elegant serve.

Ingredients

50ml Hepple Douglas Fir Vodka
10ml Belsazar Riesling Vermouth

Method

  1. Take a mixing jug, fill with ice.
  2. Pour in the Douglas Fir Vodka, followed by the Vermouth.
  3. Stir slowly thirty times. Strain into a frozen coupe glass.
  4. Pinch the bergamot over the surface of the martini, add to the glass.
  5. Add Hepple Douglas Fir Sherbet to the outside of the glass.
