Method
- Rim a highball glass with Douglas Fir Sherbet.
- Add the Hepple Douglas Fir Vodka, the lemon juice and the sugar syrup to the highball glass and stir to mix.
- Then fill the glass with ice and quickly stir again. Do not scrimp on the i e! Add a little more ice and top with soda water. Gently use a bar spoon to lift the mix of vodka, lemon and sugar through the soda. Do stir vigorously as this will reduce the carbonation. Garnish with lemon and a cherry.
