Hepple Douglas Fir Collins

A refreshing twist on a classic cocktail.

Ingredients

50ml Hepple Douglas Fir Vodka
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup (2:1)
125-150ml Soda Water

Method

  1. Rim a highball glass with Douglas Fir Sherbet.
  2. Add the Hepple Douglas Fir Vodka, the lemon juice and the sugar syrup to the highball glass and stir to mix.
  3. Then fill the glass with ice and quickly stir again. Do not scrimp on the i e! Add a little more ice and top with soda water. Gently use a bar spoon to lift the mix of vodka, lemon and sugar through the soda. Do stir vigorously as this will reduce the carbonation. Garnish with lemon and a cherry.
