This herbaceous, delicious cocktail created by Joerg Meyer, founder of Le Lion bar, Hamburg and a dear friend of Hepple. This is the perfect cocktail to compliment the botanicals of Hepple Gin.
Ingredients
12 Fresh Basil Leaves
60 ml Hepple Gin
22.5 ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
10 ml Sugar Syrup
Method
Muddle basil in a shaker.
Add all other ingredients, shake with ice and strain into an ice-filled tumbler glass.
Garnish with basil leaves
