Elegant, bright, and an incredible way to serve our Hepple Gin.

Ingredients

80ml Hepple Gin
10ml Dry Vermouth
10ml Saffron Water*
5ml Tio Pepe

Method

  1. *SAFFRON WATER RECIPE 100ml Boiling Water, Pinch of Salt, 1/2 tsp Honey 12-15 Strands of Saffron. Infuse for 3 hours.
  2. Stir all ingredients on ice thirty times.
  3. Strain into glass.
  4. Garnish with an olive
